Tailor-made individual support for 3, 4, 6 or 10 months, here are two examples:

✨ The example of one of my clients over 3 months:

• 12 coaching sessions, 1 session/week

• The sessions are 1h15

• 3 workshops of 3 hours each on 3 areas of life of your choice, (1 every 15 days)

• 12 hours on communication, and on Mindset, constructive thinking (6 x 2h)

✨ The example for a customer over 10 months:  

• 42 coaching sessions, 1 session/week

• The sessions are 1h15

• 8 workshops of 3 hours each on 8 areas of life, 1 workshop every 15 days

• 8 hours on communication, (4 x 2h)

• 1 “Life Mission 1” workshop, i.e. 12h, (4 x 3h)

• 1 memory workshop of 6 hours. (2 X 3h)

• 1 "dream picture" workshop of 3 hours
